
Glee News: So I guess most of you guys were gleeful for the Gleeks' return?
Being Gleeks ain't so bad afterall, cause you guys did your part to help Glee syrocket to the top last night, proving that the television musical's premiere was definitely a much-awaited event. Nielsen reported that Glee has a 5.5 rating/16 share versus CBS' "NCIS" (3.9/11) and ABC's "Dancing with the Stars: Results Show" (2.6/7) during the 8 p.m. to 9 p.m time period.
Looks like nobody really cared that The Hoff was taken off DWTS. It was no surprise anyway since the man was known more for running in slow mo in his swimwear than doing the cha-cha.
On related Glee news, the BBC reports that Glee creator, Ryan Murphy, confirms Gwyneth Paltrow's guest stint this season at McKinley High. Paltrow will play Mr Schue's substitute as Glee coach.
Paltrow's guesting, along with Britney's and Javier Bardem's will definitely make this season an event to beat... until probably the next American Idol season.
